Policy Analyst and Outreach Coordinator
Jessica Custer is a policy analyst and outreach coordinator at the Civitas Institute. A current participant in the Koch Associate Program, she joins Civitas staff with a background in criminal justice research, social policy and grassroots activism. She most recently served as Congressional Fellow to Rep. Gus Bilirakis (R-FL) in Washington D.C. and was Vice President of the Network of Enlightened Women. She is a cum laude graduate of University of Florida and has a B.A. in political science and history.
